Women In Art Exhibit

National and Regional Artists Showcase Work in Harlan Gallery’s Women in Art Exhibit

Seton Hill University’s Harlan Gallery will present the exhibit “Women in Art” November 1-22, 2009. A reception will be held Sunday, November 1, from 1-4 p.m. at Harlan Gallery. A symposium will be held Sunday, November 22, at 11:30 a.m. and will provide an opportunity for the artists to discuss their experiences as female artists. The exhibit, reception, and symposium are open to the public and free to attend.

Forty-four pieces of art, representing 27 artists, will be on display. The exhibit includes paintings, photography, mixed media, and sculptural mixed media pieces.

Harlan Gallery is a professional exhibition space open to the public free of charge, and is located in Reeves Hall on Seton Hill University’s Greensburg, Pa., campus.
